These terms tell you who we are and the rules for using this website. They do not cover the supply of design services, which is governed by a separate written agreement.

justjenius.com is operated by JUST JENIUS LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17335525, whose registered office is at 167–169 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 5PF. We trade as Just Jenius. You can contact us at info@justjenius.com. We are not registered for VAT at present; if that changes, our VAT number will be shown here.
These details are provided in accordance with the Companies Act 2006 and the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002.
2. By using the site you accept these terms
By using this website you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We recommend that you print or save a copy for your records.
3. We may change these terms or the site
We may amend these terms at any time by revising this page. Please check it from time to time. We may also update, change or withdraw any part of the site, and we do not guarantee that content will always be available or up to date.
4. Access to the site
We make this site available free of charge. We do not guarantee that it, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted, and we may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of it for business or operational reasons. We will try to give reasonable notice of any planned suspension.
You are responsible for making the arrangements necessary for you to access this site, and for ensuring that everyone accessing it through your internet connection is aware of these terms and complies with them.

Our status as the author of content on this site must always be acknowledged. You must not use any part of the content for commercial purposes without a licence from us.
Where a page identifies an image as a placeholder, that image is an indicative visual, is not a photograph of our premises, staff or completed client work, and will be replaced.

8. Misuse and viruses
You must not misuse this site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site, the server on which it is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to it. You must not attack the site via a denial-of-service attack.
Doing so would be a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and will co-operate with them by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use this site will cease immediately.
You must not use the enquiry form to send unsolicited advertising, chain messages, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening or infringing of another person's rights. We operate automated and manual measures to detect and block such use.
9. Linking to this site
You may link to our home page provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal, does not damage our reputation and does not suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement where none exists. You must not frame this site on any other site, and you must not establish a link from any site that is not owned by you. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.

Where this site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, those links are provided for your information only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources, and we accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
11. Privacy and cookies
We only use your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy, and we only store information on your device as set out in our Cookie Policy.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a business, we and you agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in England and Wales, or in the part of the United Kingdom in which you live, and the mandatory consumer protection rules of that place will continue to apply to you.
