By using this website you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We recommend that you print or save a copy for your records.

3. We may change these terms or the site

We may amend these terms at any time by revising this page. Please check it from time to time. We may also update, change or withdraw any part of the site, and we do not guarantee that content will always be available or up to date.

4. Access to the site

We make this site available free of charge. We do not guarantee that it, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted, and we may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of it for business or operational reasons. We will try to give reasonable notice of any planned suspension.

You are responsible for making the arrangements necessary for you to access this site, and for ensuring that everyone accessing it through your internet connection is aware of these terms and complies with them.

5. Intellectual property

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in this site and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

You may print one copy and download extracts of any page for your personal use, and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to content posted here. You must not modify the copies you have made, and you must not use any illustration, photograph, video or graphic separately from any accompanying text.

Our status as the author of content on this site must always be acknowledged. You must not use any part of the content for commercial purposes without a licence from us.

Where a page identifies an image as a placeholder, that image is an indicative visual, is not a photograph of our premises, staff or completed client work, and will be replaced.

6. Information on this site

The content on this site is provided for general information only. It is not advice on which you should rely, and it does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance. Although we make reasonable efforts to keep the information up to date, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content is accurate, complete or current.

Any description of our services on this site is indicative. The scope, fees, timescales and terms of any engagement will be set out in a separate written agreement between us.

7. Our liability to you

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties, representations and other terms that may apply to this site or its content.

We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with:

  • use of, or inability to use, this site; or
  • use of or reliance on any content displayed on this site.

In particular, we will not be liable for:

  • loss of profits, sales, business or revenue;
  • business interruption;
  • loss of anticipated savings;
  • loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation; or
  • any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

If you are a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to services that are not carried out with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms affects those rights. Advice about your rights is available from your local Citizens Advice or from Trading Standards.

8. Misuse and viruses

You must not misuse this site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site, the server on which it is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to it. You must not attack the site via a denial-of-service attack.

Doing so would be a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and will co-operate with them by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use this site will cease immediately.

You must not use the enquiry form to send unsolicited advertising, chain messages, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening or infringing of another person's rights. We operate automated and manual measures to detect and block such use.

You may link to our home page provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal, does not damage our reputation and does not suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement where none exists. You must not frame this site on any other site, and you must not establish a link from any site that is not owned by you. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.

Where this site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, those links are provided for your information only.
